ActiveProspect acquired Verisk Marketing Solutions from Verisk Analytics in December 2025. Following the acquisition, ActiveProspect rebranded the business as InfutorData to focus on identity resolution and marketing intelligence, while reinforcing its lead certification and TCPA compliance capabilities.
