Adcom Acquires Spark Your Brand, Inc.

Adcom, a Cleveland-based integrated marketing agency, has acquired Spark Your Brand, Inc., a Beachwood, Ohio branding and merchandising agency that serves retail, wholesale and ecommerce clients. Spark will operate as a business unit within Adcom with CEO Randy Golenberg remaining in place, with the deal intended to expand Adcom's branding and merchandising capabilities and deepen its presence in the building products/retail end markets.
