adm Group Acquires Lapine and Effectus

adm Group has acquired Stamford‑based consumer engagement agency Lapine and Miami‑based consulting firm Effectus to strengthen its North American presence and broaden its marketing‑execution and consulting capabilities. The two businesses are projected to have combined 2022 revenues in excess of $130 million and will provide adm with enhanced consumer engagement, digital transformation and process‑improvement services for enterprise clients.
