Ahoy Tech Acquires Wrk Technologies and Launches Canadian Physical AI Lab

Dubai-headquartered Ahoy Tech has agreed to acquire Montreal-based Wrk Technologies in a deal it described as a “nine-figure acquisition,” and announced plans to establish a North American base in Montreal. The company will partner with Mila and open a new Montreal lab focused on “physical AI” as part of its real-world automation efforts.
