Allegion Acquires Trimco Hardware

Allegion plc has acquired Trimco Hardware, a privately held Oceanside, California manufacturer of commercial and institutional door hardware. The purchase expands Allegion’s Americas product portfolio and integrates Trimco’s specialty and patented mechanical door solutions into Allegion’s Americas segment; terms were not disclosed.
