Trimlite, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, has acquired Builders Hardware, Inc. (BHI), a Tampa, Florida-based distributor of exterior doors, door glass and related door products. The add-on is intended to expand Trimlite's product offering and better serve new and existing customers across the Southeast U.S.
