Altus Fire and Life Safety Acquires Crime Intervention Alarm

Altus Fire and Life Safety, a fire and life safety platform backed by AE Industrial Partners, has acquired Crime Intervention Alarm (CIA), a York, Pennsylvania-based provider of security, surveillance, access control and fire system services. The add-on expands Altus’s service capabilities and strengthens its presence in Pennsylvania and the broader Mid-Atlantic region; CIA’s president John Lakatosh will remain with the business post-close.
