American Equipment Holdings, a Rotunda Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Systems Specialties Incorporated, a Six Mile, South Carolina-based provider of engineered overhead crane systems and MRO field services. The deal is the 13th add-on to the American Equipment platform and expands its national footprint across the Eastern United States.
