Amrize to Acquire Rapid Redi-Mix

Amrize Building Materials has agreed to acquire Rapid Redi-Mix LLC, a ready-mixed concrete producer in the north Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. The deal is expected to add a network of modern batch plants and a mixer fleet, strengthening Amrize’s aggregates and cement operations in Texas as infrastructure and population growth drive demand.
