ANV Group Holdings Ltd. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Car Care Plan (“CCP”), a leading U.K. motor warranty managing general agent (MGA), from AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. The transaction is expected to close around the end of September 2026 and includes Dent Wizard Ventures in the United Kingdom and CCP’s overseas subsidiaries (including in the United States, Europe, Turkey, and China).
