Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) entered into an agreement to acquire AI coding startup Anysphere, the developer of Cursor, in an all-stock transaction valued at an implied $60 billion. SpaceX subsidiary X67 Inc. will merge with and into Anysphere, with Anysphere surviving as a wholly owned subsidiary of SpaceX, subject to customary regulatory approvals and expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
