PSG, a growth equity firm focused on software and tech-enabled services, announced the completion of its 500th add-on acquisition. The firm said it has invested approximately $12 billion across 140 portfolio companies in North America and Europe, with roughly half of its invested capital deployed into add-on acquisitions and follow-on capital.

AppHub Acquires REVIEWS.io

AppHub, an ecommerce enablement platform, acquired REVIEWS.io to add reviews, loyalty, survey and UGC capabilities to its merchant software suite. The deal was supported by a $60 million growth investment from Silversmith Capital Partners and expands AppHub’s product offering and global footprint; REVIEWS.io serves ~8,000 customers and will have its founder Callum McKeefery join the AppHub board.
