Ara Partners acquired a majority interest in Bryden Wood, a London-headquartered strategy, integrated design and engineering consultancy with 300 employees. The investment builds on the firms’ existing relationship and is intended to support Bryden Wood’s growth and extend its capabilities across Ara’s portfolio and the broader industrial economy.
