Arc Acquires HR Technology and Education Technology Portfolios from LRP Media Group

Arc, a B2B events, data and media platform backed by funds managed by EagleTree Capital, has agreed to acquire the HR Technology and Education Technology portfolios from LRP Media Group. The deal expands Arc's U.S. footprint and adds nine brands and an experienced team to Arc's portfolio; terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close at the end of October 2022.
