Touchpoint Markets has been acquired by Arc, a B2B events, data and media platform backed by EagleTree Capital. The acquisition brings Touchpoint’s portfolio of industry brands (including ThinkAdvisor, BenefitsPRO, PropertyCasualty360, GlobeSt, and Credit Union Times) into the Arc network to accelerate growth across events, data/subscription products and lead-generation services.
