The deal adds roughly 200,000 square feet of manufacturing and distribution capacity (including a facility in Agua Prieta, Mexico and warehouses in Douglas, Arizona and Richmond, Virginia) to Aspen's surgical disposables portfolio and supports increased PPE supply to U.S. customers.
