Perch, a Boston-based technology-driven commerce company, has acquired Web Deals Direct, one of the largest Amazon FBA sellers, which generated over $80 million in revenue. The deal includes a 230,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Corona, California, and expands Perch's portfolio and fulfillment capabilities for its growing D2C and Amazon brand platform.

Olsam Group Acquires Flywheel Commerce

London-based e-commerce aggregator Olsam Group has completed the acquisition of the assets of Flywheel Commerce, a US-based e-commerce aggregator. The deal will expand Olsam's footprint in North America and allow Flywheel's brands to continue operating in the US while leveraging Olsam's capabilities to grow them into the UK and EU.

IWG to acquire The Instant Group and merge digital businesses
