Cadman Capital Group Acquires Cheshire Polythene

Cadman Capital Group has completed the acquisition of specialist packaging manufacturer Cheshire Polythene. The deal is an add-on to Cadman's packaging platform—facilitated through portfolio company BACKS Enterprises—and expands the firm's industrial packaging portfolio alongside Norpol and Burbridge Packaging.

The acquisition adds Bass’s premade pouches, stand-up pouches and shrink-sleeve capabilities to C-P’s North American footprint; terms were not disclosed.
