MISUMI Group Inc., a global supplier of mechanical components based in Japan, has acquired Fictiv, a San Francisco–based digital manufacturing and supply chain technology company. The deal combines MISUMI’s extensive product catalog and logistics footprint with Fictiv’s AI-powered manufacturing platform to build an integrated global manufacturing platform and expand capacity and services for customers across aerospace, medical, robotics and other end markets.
