Anaplan Acquires Fluence Technologies

Anaplan has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Fluence Technologies, a Toronto-based provider of cloud-native financial close, consolidation, disclosure management and Excel reporting software. The acquisition (expected to close in early May) will integrate Fluence’s consolidation and disclosure capabilities into Anaplan’s connected planning platform to strengthen CFO-focused functionality and reduce system and process complexity. Integration will be led by Anaplan’s product leaders alongside Fluence product leadership.

Plume Acquires Sweepr

Plume Design has acquired Dublin‑headquartered Sweepr to combine Plume’s real‑time device and network telemetry with Sweepr’s AI‑native, no‑code customer‑care orchestration. The integration is intended to deliver AI‑orchestrated, omnichannel support for ISPs—improving digital containment, reducing call volumes and truck rolls, and enabling proactive care and monetization opportunities.

Thoma Bravo Acquires Anaplan

Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm, completed an all-cash acquisition of Anaplan, Inc. for approximately $10.4 billion ($63.75 per share), taking the cloud-native planning software company private. As part of the transaction Anaplan CEO Frank Calderoni stepped down and Charles Goodman was appointed interim CEO; Thoma Bravo said it will invest to accelerate Anaplan's growth and product strategy.

Rappi Acquires Fountain9 Assets to Boost TURBO with AI-driven Supply Chain Tech

Anaplan Acquires Vuealta Applications Division

TD SYNNEX Acquires Apptium

TD SYNNEX has acquired Apptium, a Reston, Virginia-based developer of a cloud commerce platform, making Apptium a wholly owned subsidiary to accelerate development of TD SYNNEX’s StreamOne platform and broaden its cloud and Everything-as-a-Service offerings. Apptium’s billing, subscription management and marketplace capabilities will be integrated to help TD SYNNEX partners accelerate time-to-revenue and manage multi-cloud and subscription/consumption-based services.
