Apex Group Ltd. has acquired FTS Tech, Inc. (trading as Flow), a private-markets SaaS platform that streamlines fund management, onboarding, and investor engagement. The acquisition (Flow brings ~15 employees and $17bn AUA) integrates Flow's technology into Apex's fund administration and middle-office services to expand digital capabilities and deliver an end-to-end private markets infrastructure.

Anaplan Acquires Syrup Tech

Anaplan has acquired Syrup Tech, an AI-native supply chain and retail forecasting platform, to integrate Syrup's neural-network forecasting and inventory optimization capabilities into Anaplan's AI-driven scenario planning platform. All Syrup employees will join Anaplan and Syrup co-founders James Theuerkauf and Ferdinand Stockmann will take on leadership roles; terms were not disclosed.

Sensor Tower Acquires market intelligence platform data.ai

Sensor Tower has acquired market intelligence and mobile app analytics provider data.ai for an undisclosed amount, combining the two companies' data assets and product suites to create a broader digital intelligence offering. Bain Capital Credit led financing for the transaction with follow-on investments from Riverwood Capital and Paramark Ventures; the deal is intended to expand Sensor Tower's product capabilities, APAC presence and enterprise customer base.

Rapport Acquires Aquifer Motion

Aquifer Motion's team will join Rapport (remaining based in Austin, Texas) and CEO Chen Zhang will become Rapport's Chief Growth Officer as the companies integrate full-body animation and cinematic scene direction into Rapport's real-time avatar platform.

Shopify Acquires 6 River Systems

The 6 River Systems team of more than 130 employees will remain in Waltham, Massachusetts, and the company’s brand and operations will continue as Shopify expands its fulfillment capabilities.
