Babilou Family has acquired BLOS childcare, with Mentha transferring its shares to the international childcare group. The deal brings BLOS — a Dutch operator with ~200 locations, ~2,000 employees and nearly 10,000 childcare places — into Babilou’s network as the group expands into the Netherlands and looks to share best practices and invest in quality and staff training.
