Banyan Software has acquired Gini, a Munich-based provider of AI-driven document-intelligence and payment solutions for banks, insurers and e-commerce businesses. Gini will continue to operate independently with its leadership and brand intact while Banyan provides long-term capital, operational support and resources to expand Gini’s product and market reach across banking, private health insurance and e-commerce.
