The asset sale will relaunch Benson Hill’s soybean trait business under Confluence Genetics in Creve Coeur, Missouri, retaining an experienced team and focusing on high‑protein soybean genetics, its AI-driven CropOS breeding platform and a speed‑breeding facility.

Hendrix Genetics Merges Hypor with Danish Genetics to Form Global Swine Genetics Alliance
