Barrington Media Group has acquired Thesis Testing, a conversion rate optimization (CRO) digital marketing provider founded in 2016. The Thesis leadership team will join Barrington to strengthen its digital marketing and customer acquisition capabilities; Fort Point Capital (Barrington's investor) commented on the strategic fit and debt financing was provided by Bell Bank and Brookside Capital Partners.
