Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BDA) has acquired New York–based creative branded merchandise agency Harper + Scott to deepen BDA’s creative capabilities and expand its New York presence. The deal combines Harper + Scott’s enterprise creative services and high-touch client relationships with BDA’s global technology platform, sourcing and fulfillment network to deliver scalable branded merchandise programs for large customers.
