Berkshire Partners has made a strategic growth investment in United Flow Technologies (UFT), a Texas-based technical distributor and solutions provider for the municipal and industrial water and wastewater markets. Existing investor H.I.G. Capital will remain a minority shareholder; the capital will be used to deepen UFT's service capabilities, support team growth, and accelerate nationwide expansion of its water infrastructure solutions.
