United Flow Technologies (UFT), a Berkshire Partners portfolio company, announced it has acquired Peak Group Companies to expand its water and wastewater footprint across the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains. The acquisition bolsters UFT’s capabilities in pumps, process equipment, and wastewater construction, maintenance, and service. Financial terms were not disclosed.
