BlackRock has acquired KODDPA, an AI-driven quantitative trading and data processing technology company, and plans to list the business on the New York Stock Exchange. BlackRock intends to integrate KODDPA's algorithms and data capabilities into its platform (including Aladdin) to expand its AI-driven trading and fintech offerings.
