Cadmus Acquires RaikeSchwertner

The Cadmus Group has acquired Hamburg-based communications agency RaikeSchwertner and will integrate the business into its German subsidiary ifok GmbH. The deal expands ifok's communications, digital products and multimedia capabilities and establishes a new Hamburg location to strengthen reach in sustainability, energy, mobility and infrastructure markets.
