Cadmus has acquired Nathan Associates, Inc., an international economic and analytics consulting firm, and will integrate Nathan as its new International Development Division. Cadmus, a technical and strategic consultancy, announced its acquisition of Wheelhouse Group, a change management services provider. The deal will create a new Strategy and Transformation line of business within Cadmus’ U.S. public sector division, expanding Cadmus’ federal footprint and adding specialized “people side” transformation capabilities.
The Cadmus Group has acquired Hamburg-based communications agency RaikeSchwertner and will integrate the business into its German subsidiary ifok GmbH. The deal expands ifok's communications, digital products and multimedia capabilities and establishes a new Hamburg location to strengthen reach in sustainability, energy, mobility and infrastructure markets.
The Cadmus Group has merged with Quantec, LLC, an analytics consultancy based in Portland, Oregon, to strengthen Cadmus' energy services capabilities. Quantec's founder M. Sami Khawaja will become vice president of Cadmus' new energy services group and join the firm's board; the combined company will operate under the Cadmus name with retained Quantec offices and a technical staff of more than 200 across over 10 U.S. offices.
