The assets include nine hauling operations, one transfer station and one material recovery facility with approximately $185 million of annualized revenues (and an expected ~$43 million of EBITDA), and the deal is intended to expand Casella's Mid‑Atlantic footprint and provide a platform for future growth; closing was expected by Q3 2023 subject to customary conditions.
