CaseWorthy, Inc. Acquires Eccovia, Inc.

CaseWorthy, a Salt Lake City-based social and human services case management platform backed by private equity firm STG, has acquired Eccovia, a software and services provider of case management and data analytics for health and human services. The deal creates one of the largest purpose-built case-management platform companies by combining complementary capabilities—expanding CaseWorthy's platform to support additional workflows such as homeless Continuum of Care and broader care coordination.
