Cisco to Acquire Galileo Technologies

Cisco announced its intent to acquire Galileo Technologies, Inc., an AI observability platform focused on making agentic AI more reliable, safe, and trustworthy. The deal is expected to close in Q4 of Cisco’s fiscal year 2026 and Cisco says Galileo will expand its Splunk Observability portfolio and AI agent monitoring capabilities.
