Clean Harbors to Acquire EnviroServe

Clean Harbors agreed to acquire EnviroServe from an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners for $470 million in cash. The deal adds EnviroServe’s environmental and waste-management network, recurring customer base, and rail and emergency-response capabilities; Clean Harbors completed the acquisition on October 5, 2026.
