Clearlake Capital and Motive Partners Acquire BETA+ Assets from London Stock Exchange Group

Clearlake Capital and Motive Partners agreed to acquire the BETA+ assets (BETA, Maxit, and Digital Investor) from London Stock Exchange Group and have completed the transaction, launching the combined business as BetaNXT. The Sponsors will operate BetaNXT as a standalone wealth management technology platform and pursue a buy-and-build strategy supported by a long-term strategic partnership with LSEG for data and content.
