CollPlant Biotechnologies Acquires LightSolver to Enter Photonic Computing and HPC

CollPlant Biotechnologies signed and completed the acquisition of LightSolver, an Israeli deep-tech company developing an all-optical Laser Processing Unit (LPU) for photonic computing. The deal uses an equity-centric consideration structure including upfront shares, pre-funded warrants, and milestone-based warrants, and positions CollPlant to accelerate LightSolver’s commercialization in high-performance computing.
