CORA Physical Therapy, a Gryphon Investors-backed outpatient rehabilitation operator, has acquired Blacksburg Physical Therapy Associates, which operates three clinics in Blacksburg, Christiansburg and Radford, Virginia. The acquisition expands CORA's Virginia footprint to 11 clinics; Blacksburg PT Principal Cindy Henderson will remain involved in management. Terms were not disclosed.
