The deal will vertically integrate CoreWeave’s AI/HPC data center footprint by giving CoreWeave control of Core Scientific’s high-performance colocation infrastructure and power capacity; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to regulatory and stockholder approvals.
