CoStar Group Acquires Zonda (Bora) in $800 Million Deal

CoStar Group, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Zonda (Bora, Inc. and its subsidiaries) for $800 million in cash. Zonda provides data and analytics, software for the virtual home evaluation experience, and residential online marketplaces (NewHomeSource and Livabl). The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, and CoStar later announced the acquisition was completed.
