Cox Automotive has acquired Corcoran's Mobile Services (CMS), a Houston-headquartered provider of mobile fleet maintenance and repair operating across 30 states. The acquisition expands Cox Automotive’s fleet services footprint and capabilities, bringing Corcoran’s decades of fleet-maintenance experience into Cox’s Mobility Fleet Services organization.
