LDC-backed digital agency Croud has acquired Born Social, a social-first creative and influencer agency, to strengthen its social, creative and brand advertising capabilities. Born Social will continue to trade under its brand and its leadership team (led by CEO Ben Tyson and COO Charlotte Hamill) will remain in place as the business is integrated into the Croud group.
