Cvent Acquires Jifflenow and iCapture

Cvent has acquired Jifflenow, a B2B meeting-scheduling platform, and iCapture, a trade-show lead capture solution, to expand its event marketing and management capabilities. The acquisitions add appointment scheduling and universal lead-capture functionality to Cvent’s Event Marketing & Management platform, improving trade-show ROI and on-site lead qualification and follow-up.
