Dataciders has acquired Austrian Data & AI services provider PASO Solutions, expanding its presence in the DACH region and strengthening Microsoft-focused data analytics and supply chain capabilities. The deal is Dataciders' third add‑on since Rivean Capital invested in the company in January 2024 and supports Rivean’s buy‑and‑build growth strategy.
