KSL Biomedical, Inc. has acquired Pulse Scientific, Inc., a Burlington (GTA), Ontario-based manufacturer and distributor of microbiology products and in vitro diagnostics, and incorporated KSL Biomedical Canada, Inc. The purchase expands KSL’s international distribution and regulatory footprint—leveraging Pulse Scientific’s ISO 13485 certification and Health Canada licensing to accelerate product distribution in Canada and other global markets.

BioIVT Acquires PrecisionMed

BioIVT, a global biospecimen solutions provider, has acquired PrecisionMed, LLC, a Carlsbad-based supplier of high-quality human biospecimens and owner of a large longitudinal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) repository. The acquisition expands BioIVT's supply network, inventory and capacity for CSF and liquid biopsy products while PrecisionMed will continue to operate from its existing headquarters and collection sites.

Fujirebio Diagnostics Acquires Plasma Services Group

Group), has acquired all shares of Plasma Services Group, a Moorestown, New Jersey-based supplier of rare biological samples and collection services for the IVD and life sciences industries. The acquisition strengthens Fujirebio's capability to supply high-quality and hard-to-obtain biological raw materials for diagnostics R&D and manufacturing; transaction value was not disclosed.
