Dental Care Alliance, a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, has acquired Austell Dental Associates from Dr. Richard Gardner. TUSK Partners advised the seller; the family general dentistry practice in Austell, Georgia — which provides general, endodontic and periodontic care and has served the community for over 40 years — will join Dental Care Alliance’s network of supported practices.
