DigiCert Acquires Vercara

DigiCert, backed by Clearlake Capital, Crosspoint Capital and TA Associates, has completed its acquisition of Vercara from Golden Gate Capital and GIC. The deal brings Vercara's managed authoritative DNS, DDoS, WAF and edge security capabilities into DigiCert's digital-trust and PKI platform to offer unified DNS and certificate management; terms were not disclosed.
