Crosspoint, Clearlake and TA Invest in DigiCert

Crosspoint Capital Partners has completed a strategic investment in DigiCert, joining existing owners Clearlake Capital and TA Associates. The capital and Crosspoint's cybersecurity expertise are intended to support DigiCert's next phase of growth in digital trust solutions; the company also appointed Dave Morton as CFO and added Crosspoint partners to its board.
