Digital Media Solutions, Inc. (DMS) has acquired ManagedChaos, the holding company for four performance and affiliate marketing businesses (SmarterChaos, She Is Media, Dealtaker and Elite Media Partners). The acquisition expands DMS’s technology-driven performance marketing capabilities and adds affiliate, coupon/marketplace and female-centric ad network offerings. The Forbes M+A Group served as exclusive advisor to ManagedChaos on the transaction.
