Door Pro America, a portfolio company of Rotunda Capital Partners, has acquired Liberty Door & Awning, a family-owned provider of residential and commercial door solutions headquartered in Forked River, New Jersey. The add-on expands Door Pro America's footprint in New Jersey, adds Liberty's two showrooms and product offerings (garage doors, awnings, shutters and entry doors), and supports continued regional growth.
